We are seeking a dynamic and skilled SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP HCM solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations, and aligning system functionality with business requirements.
Requirements·Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and ESS/MSS).
·Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration and support.
·Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
·Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP HCM issues.
·Basic understanding of integration with other SAP modules and third-party tools.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
·Preferred Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
·SAP HCM certification is an advantage.
·Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HCM (optional but desirable).
·Familiarity with Payroll configurations for specific regions (e.g., US, EU, APAC).
