Primary Skill: SAP HCM

Secondary Skill: SAP Time Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise across Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration, along with strong support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration

Strong working experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Time Management

Modify and maintain Payroll Schemas and Rules

Handle complex payroll investigation and support tickets

Perform Year-End activities for Payroll

Manage and support tax-related configurations and compliance

Provide end-to-end support for payroll processing and post-payroll activities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve payroll issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM

Mandatory hands-on experience with Payroll

Strong knowledge of tax structures

Experience in Time Management configuration

Proven support experience with complex payroll issues

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
