Description

We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of SAP Human Capital Management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP HCM modules to meet client requirements.
• Provide support during system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM related issues for clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, and PY.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
