We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to kick-start their career in SAP consulting within the Human Capital Management domain. You will be involved in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM solutions for our clients, ensuring that their HR processes are efficient and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
• Configure and implement SAP HCM modules according to business needs.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other SAP modules.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP HCM processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for reporting and customization purposes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
