Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements related to Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
• Configuring SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Providing support during the implementation and post-implementation phases of SAP HCM solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions.
• Conducting user training sessions and creating training materials.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP HCM functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
