We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their career in SAP consulting and make a significant impact in the HR domain.
Responsibilities
- Conducting workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configuring SAP HCM modules according to business needs.
- Assisting in the implementation and integration of SAP HCM solutions.
- Providing end-user training and support post-implementation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP HCM applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes.
- Maintaining system documentation and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, and Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in the industry.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other relevant SAP tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
