Roles & Responsibilities :
To introduce an SAP HCM system for the core processes of payroll accounting and positive and negative time management for approximately 54,000 active employees of ZF Friedrichshafen AG for the German region.

Minimum of seven years of international Time Management (or german time management ideally) and development experience

Additional Information
Independent Customizing in SAP PT including work schedule rules and general time management customizing
development of schemes+rules in SAP PT and creation of user stories as an outcome from Business Blueprints
Good communication & teamplay. Has to be partner oriented with potential leading a complex customer
An expert in SAP PT time management
Excellent communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders
