SAP Hana lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two ongoing SAP BASIS projects with an enterprise client.
• Provide high-level oversight of BASIS operations, including ticket handling, monitoring, and technical alert analysis.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and client-side project leadership.
• Identify challenges, risks, and opportunities within the projects and communicate them effectively across teams.
• Supervise and guide a current team of 18 practitioners (7 + 11 across 2 SOWs), with scalability to manage up to 40–50 resources as the project pipeline grows.
• Mentor and train practitioners based on feedback and focus areas shared by the client's project lead.
• Ensure that team productivity and deliverable quality meet or exceed client expectations.
• Foster a proactive and ownership-driven culture within the team.
