SAP Hana Developer IV

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements.

• Analyze existing programs or design new logic, prepare flowcharts, perform configuration, testing, and rollout.

• Test solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit-for-purpose.

• Create and execute test plans and end-to-end process flow documentation.

• Design, build, and test SAP ERP extensions, reports, utilities, interfaces, and forms using ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, ALE/IDOCs, workflows, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and other SAP technologies.

• Translate business requirements into cohesive technical specifications and solutions.

• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and business partners across locations, providing status updates and participating in code reviews.

• Work closely with the Basis team for monitoring, testing, and performance tuning of application components.

• Participate in Agile activities including standups, planning, validations, and code reviews.

• Mentor and guide other developers technically and professionally.
