Job Title: SAP GTS Process Expert(G-2)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP GTS Process Expert to drive end-to-end Global Trade Services processes across compliance, customs, and trade preference areas. The consultant will play a key role in process template design, solutioning, and rollout activities within SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Solution Ownership
- Act as end-to-end owner for all SAP GTS topics including Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference, and Risk Management
- Design and contribute to global process templates for SAP programs
- Perform process mapping and solution design for international trade and foreign trade processes
- Support business process management during blueprinting and rollout phases
Implementation & Integration
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP O2C S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
- Configure and integrate SAP GTS with feeder systems (such as SAP SD, MM, etc.)
- Analyze business requirements and propose scalable SAP solutions
- Gain deep competency in defined process templates and ensure adherence
Business Engagement
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
- Deliver workshops, presentations, and solution walkthroughs to business users
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business users)
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support conflict resolution within project teams
- Contribute to project planning and ensure activities align with delivery timelines
Must-Have Skill Set- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SAP GTS consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience in SAP O2C processes
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- SAP GTS Compliance Management
- SAP GTS Customs Management
- SAP GTS Risk Management
- Proven experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in SAP GTS configuration and integration with feeder systems
- Experience in end-to-end business process mapping for international trade
- Exposure to S/4HANA O2C implementations and rollouts
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
Nice-to-Have Skill Set- Understanding of OTC & P2P processes and integration with GTS
- Experience working on global template design programs
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Leadership experience including mentoring team members
- Experience in large-scale multi-country rollouts
