Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a process expert in designing and implementing SAP GTS solutions within projects.
- Take end-to-end ownership of all SAP GTS areas including Compliance, Customs, and Trade Preference.
- Perform process mapping and solution design for international trade and foreign trade processes.
- Handle integration and configuration of SAP GTS with feeder systems.
- Support blueprinting, rollouts, and business process management activities.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Lead end-to-end O2C implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business users).
- Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within defined schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in multicultural environments.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring team members and resolving conflicts.
Must-Have Skills- 8+ years of experience in SAP O2C (Order to Cash) processes.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SAP GTS consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP GTS Compliance Management
- SAP GTS Customs Management
- SAP GTS Risk Management / Trade Preference
- Mandatory experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Hands-on experience in SAP GTS configuration and integration with feeder systems.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
- Strong business process mapping and solutioning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and TM (Transportation Management).
- Experience working in global / multicultural project environments.
- Exposure to process template design and standardization.
- Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
