Job Title: SAP GTS Project Manager
Role Overview
The SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Project Manager is responsible for leading end-
to-end SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. The role
involves managing project scope, timelines, budget, resources, stakeholder
communication, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business and compliance
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle SAP GTS implementation and rollout projects
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Security,
Compliance)
Manage integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and third-party systems
Oversee Configuration And Implementation Of
- Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening)
- Export/Import Legal Control
- Customs Management
- Risk Management & Preference Processing
Ensure adherence to global trade compliance regulations
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
Conduct stakeholder meetings and status reporting
Manage change requests and scope control
Oversee UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities
Ensure smooth transition to support (Hypercare phase)
