Job Description

Your Role / Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in SAP GTS implementations and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP GTS modules including Global Trade Management, Compliance Management, and Customs Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FICO) for seamless integration.
Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Troubleshoot issues in GTS processes and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
