Your role

The Group Reporting Delivery Lead supports the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting capability within the ampliFi program, with accountability for ensuring accurate, controlled, and timely group consolidation and reporting outcomes in line with UBS accounting principles and governance. The role is responsible for driving disciplined execution across functional design, business validation, testing readiness, and production transition for Group Reporting scope, ensuring that consolidation processes, results, and disclosures meet Group Finance expectations.

The role partners closely with Group Finance, Consolidation teams, Data, Integration, and Technology stakeholders and acts as a functional representative for Group Reporting within the delivery. It ensures that business requirements for consolidation and reporting are translated into robust, well‑controlled solutions aligned with the target finance architecture and close processes.

  • support end‑to‑end functional delivery for assigned Group Reporting workstreams or modules within the ampliFi finance and reporting stack, with clear ownership of consolidation and reporting outcomes.
  • contribute to and review functional designs and configurations to ensure alignment with agreed consolidation architecture, accounting policies, reporting requirements, and close timelines.
  • ensure that Group Reporting solutions support accurate consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership structures, and group hierarchies.
  • develop and maintain delivery plans covering functional scope, milestones, dependencies, and impacts across Group Reporting integration points, including inflows from FPSL and General Ledger and downstream reporting consumption.
  • proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID), with a focus on reporting accuracy, data integrity, close stability, and regulatory expectations, escalating where required.
  • coordinate day‑to‑day delivery across Group Finance, Data, Integration, Testing, and Deployment teams to ensure coherent end‑to‑end execution aligned to consolidation and reporting cycles.
  • ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, accounting principles, design decisions, and change control processes across Group Reporting scope.
  • support SIT and UAT execution from a functional perspective, including validation of consolidation scenarios, review of intercompany eliminations and adjustments, assessment of defects based on finance impact, and support for business sign‑off.
  • assist with production readiness and cutover preparation, focusing on stability of close and consolidation cycles, accuracy of reported results, and smooth transition to business‑as‑usual operations post go‑live.

Your expertise

Required Experience & Skills

  • strong experience delivering group consolidation and reporting capabilities within large‑scale finance transformation programs; hands on functional configuration in SAP Group Reporting is required.
  • solid understanding of group consolidation and reporting concepts, including intercompany processing, eliminations, currency translation, ownership structures, and consolidation hierarchies.
  • good grasp of delivery governance fundamentals, including planning, dependency management, RAID management, and structured status reporting.
  • experience operating in complex, global delivery environments with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured, and finance‑relevant updates to support informed decision‑making.
  • delivery‑focused mindset with strong attention to control, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and execution discipline.
