Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP GRC Risk Management activities, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk mitigation, and governance reporting
- Manage SAP ECC Security User Management, including role configuration, provisioning, and administration
- Implement and oversee SAP HANA and Fiori Security to ensure secure access and system integration
- Manage end-to-end role implementation and rollouts across SAP environments
- Define and manage program scope, quality, and schedules to align with business security requirements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising senior leadership on SAP security best practices and compliance
- Recommend and implement business performance improvements through security optimization
- Coordinate project management activities, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance
- Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and lead the security team to improve efficiency
- Review and enhance SAP security policies, workflows, and compliance frameworks
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech preferred)
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP GRC, ECC, HANA, and Fiori Security
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM)
- Hands-on experience in SAP Authorization Security, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and User Provisioning
- Deep understanding of SoD checks, risk analysis, and compliance reporting
- Proficiency in SAP ECC Security administration and role configuration
- Experience with SAP HANA Security and Fiori role design and access management
- Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and team leadership skills
