Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Emergency Access Management (Firefighter), and SAP security governance within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

The consultant will work closely with business, security, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen access governance, and support enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP GRC solutions across SAP landscapes.
• Implement and administer SAP GRC Access Control modules, including:
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter)
• Business Role Management (BRM)
• Configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and perform risk analysis.
• Design and maintain role approval workflows and access provisioning processes.
• Support user provisioning, role assignments, and compliance monitoring.
• Integrate SAP GRC with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and Identity Management solutions.
• Conduct access reviews, audit support, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with SAP Security and Basis teams to resolve authorization issues.
• Perform system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize GRC processes.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• SAP GRC Access Control
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter)
• Business Role Management (BRM)
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience with SAP Security and Authorization concepts.
• Experience integrating SAP GRC with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and Identity Management.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in role design, user provisioning, and workflow configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Identity Management (IdM) or Microsoft Entra ID integration.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
• SAP GRC or SAP Security Certification.
• Exposure to SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
