Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Senior Consultant to drive end-to-end security and compliance implementations. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on deployment experience. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying comprehensive SAP GRC landscapes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle greenfield or brownfield SAP GRC implementation projects.
• Configure Modules: Design and configure Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) and Process Control frameworks.
• Rule Set Management: Customize SoD (Segregation of Duties) rule sets, risk analysis rules, and mitigation controls.
• Workflow Automation: Build and optimize complex MSMP workflows and BRFplus decision tables.
• Client Advisory: Act as the technical authority to architect compliant security designs directly for stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required

• Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP GRC implementations.
• SAP GRC Modules: Deep hands-on knowledge of GRC 10.x / 12.0 (AC, PC, or RM).
• Security & Audits: Expert-level understanding of SAP security concepts, role design, and audit remediation.
• Advanced Tools: Strong proficiency in BRF+ configurations and custom MSMP workflow development.
• S/4HANA Readiness: Experience implementing GRC solutions across modern SAP S/4HANA environments.
