Roles and Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and document comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans for SAP FICO and additional SAP modules (MM, SD).
- Test Case Design and Execution: Design, create, and maintain detailed and accurate test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Execute various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO modules.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).
- Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test summary reports. Communicate testing progress, results, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in project review sessions to provide input for improving software quality and testing processes. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and technologies related to SAP FICO.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in SAP Functional Testing with hands-on exposure to S/4HANA environments is required.
- Proficiency in executing SAP testing cycles including UAT, SIT, and Regression testing is required.
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules is required.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules is preferred.
- Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and test documentation using standard testing tools is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field
