Sap Functional Consultant
Job Description
Experience: 10–12 years
Location: Offshore
Shift: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Own O2C & CAR solution design — order management, pricing, promotions, billing, POS data flows
- Lead design workshops with commercial, finance, store ops & e-commerce stakeholders
- Own CAR POS inbound processing, task/rule sets, transaction log & error handling design
- Drive SIT, support UAT, and own store onboarding, reconciliation & cutover
- Mentor mid/junior consultants; act as offshore SME for O2C/CAR
Must-Haves:
- 10–12 years SAP SD/O2C experience
- Hands-on SAP CAR & POS DM design/configuration
- At least 1 full greenfield SAP S/4HANA retail implementation (design to go-live)
- Strong pricing, billing, credit management, output determination expertise
- Excellent English communication; ability to lead remote workshops
Good to Have: SAP S/4HANA Sales/CAR Certification, multi-country retail rollout experience, Agile/SAP Activate, Jira/Solution Manager
