SAP FSM Consultant - E2E Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FSM, including its integration with backend SAP systems like S/4HANA or ECC. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end service processes for field operations, from implementation and configuration to post-go-live support and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements. You will design end-to-end service processes, including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting, and translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications.
• Integration: Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA/ECC) using tools like SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI. You will collaborate with technical teams on data integration and custom developments.
• Project Lifecycle & Support: Provide support throughout all project phases, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare. You will also train end-users and support change management to ensure a smooth transition.
• Functional Expertise: Apply your knowledge of field service operations, work order management, resource planning and dispatching, and customer service processes to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration.
• Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow.
• Experience with SAP ERP integration.
• SAP Certification in FSM or C/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in the Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domains is a plus.
