Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements
Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems such as S/4HANA or ECC
Design end-to-end service processes for field operations, including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
Train end-users and support change management initiatives
Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration
Integration knowledge with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) via SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI
Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow
Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus

Functional Knowledge:

Field service operations and execution
Work order management
Resource planning and dispatching
Customer service processes
Asset management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
SAP Certification in FSM or C/4HANA is a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domains
Knowledge of FSM analytics and reporting
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
