Job Summary:
Solman team involves working on issues reported in the different tickets based on their priority and the task type - EWA, Reintegration scenarios, DNS migration, HANA in place, Maintenance planner. The objective is to ensure System monitoring is in place by performing the below checks:
- Should have 3 8 years of relevant experience in SAP solution manager administration (FRUN - SAP Focused Run).
- Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients.
- System is integrated to solman systems
- FRUN Monitoring related Parameter values to be maintained as per standards.
- LMDB entries are correct with proper assignments of DB and application
- Data supplier is up to date in LMDB
- SSI is completed successfully
- Eventually the system monitoring is fine
- All alerts caused by monitoring related issues (Availability, Self-monitoring)
- Perform checks when alerts are triggered in mass, or no alerts are triggered as per the troubleshooting guide to identify the alerts which are generated and forwarded monitoring tools.
- Handling DATA SUPPLIER ISSUES
- Handling EWA issue
- EWA report when its Grey
- EWA generation Issue
- Ensure correct Monitoring Configuration and perform Troubleshooting
- Make sure availability of Monitoring for Data in FRUN as a prerequisite to reflect in Customer launchpad (Capacity memory, CPU utilization, Memory usage)
- Enable/Disable monitoring for various system types
- Uploading data to Maintenance Planner (MP) and troubleshooting MP related issues as per troubleshooting guide
- Re-integration for all scenarios
- Ensure correct monitoring configuration after DNS Migration
- Decommissioning of host/system/Customer Network
- Monitoring Re- Integration according to the available guidelines
- Responsible for solving issues regarding:
- Maintenance planner
- LMDB entries
