As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Experience in CPE Pricing.
• Good to have experience on 2 S4/HANA projects as consultant or lead.
• Experience in designing and deploying scenarios in areas IS-Oil modules.
• Experience in SD/Logistics implementations.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
