We are hiring an experienced SAP FIORI Lead to architect, design, and deliver modern SAP user experiences across S/4HANA and SAP BTP. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to mentor and manage development teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and extensions.
• Collaborate with functional teams (R2R, P2P, Q2C, WM, Sales, Manufacturing) to convert business needs into intuitive UI designs.
• Build custom SAP UI5 & Fiori apps (freestyle UI5, Fiori Elements, ALP, Overview Pages).
• Design and develop OData services (SEGW, CDS, RAP, CAP on BTP).
• Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad (Spaces, Pages, Groups, Catalogs, Roles).
• Integrate apps with S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP services.
• Enforce coding standards, UI governance, reusable libraries, and performance optimization.
• Mentor UI5 developers and lead sprint planning, reviews, and deployments.

• Strong understanding of SAP UX standards, Fiori design guidelines & accessibility
• Ability to lead developers and interface with functional/business users
• Strong communication and delivery ownership
