Job Title : SAP S/4HANA ABAP & Fiori Techno-Functional Lead
Job Type : Full-Time/Contract
Experience : 8 15 years
Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in SAP techno-functional consulting, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving technical initiatives in customer-facing roles.
- Process knowledge in Manufacturing modules such as: Production Planning (PP), Embedded Production Planning & Scheduling (ePP/DS), and Production Engineering & Operations (PEO).
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) are desirable.
- Strong technical foundation in ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, HTML5, and OData development and integration.
- Lead S/4HANA implementation projects across all phases Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions using ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, and OData services.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), peer reviews, and automated unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams using professional communication channels and agile methodologies.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance industry-specific solutions and ensure the use of the latest SAP technologies.
- Manage individual capacity utilization and contribute to team KPIs and project success metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
