We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori/Gateway Architect with strong expertise in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture and SAP UI5 Development. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of UX design principles for front-end solutions, hands-on experience in developing custom SAP Fiori applications and Fiori elements, and knowledge of extensibility. This role requires excellent skills in integrating front-end UI/UX components with back-end technical and application components.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture, guiding the design and implementation of robust and scalable Fiori solutions.
- Lead SAP UI5 Development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
- Apply a good understanding of UX designing front-ended solutions, translating user requirements into intuitive and engaging Fiori applications.
- Possess hands-on experience in Developing custom SAP Fiori applications and Fiori elements, including the ability to leverage existing Fiori apps and extend them.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Fiori extensibility techniques and best practices.
- Be very good at integrating front-end UI/UX components with back-end technical and application components to meet complex business requirements.
- (Good to know) Work with OData services for seamless data communication between Fiori applications and SAP back-end systems.
- (Good to have) Work effectively within Agile methodology (Scrums), participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure quality, and optimize performance of Fiori applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fiori applications and Gateway services.
