Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fiori/CAPM Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP Fiori applications and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) solutions. This role requires strong SAP technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori applications and CAPM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Fiori applications using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and OData services.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support in technical challenges and career development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with development standards.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Participate in project planning, providing estimates and timelines for deliverables.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of experience in SAP Fiori development and CAPM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and OData services.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration with Fiori applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
