Role Overview
Design, implement, and optimize SAP Record to Report (R2R) solutions by analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance systems, and supporting global templatealigned rollouts and long-term solution stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design effective R2R solutions
- Propose high-level improvements and future-state designs
- Configure SAP Finance and prepare functional specifications
- Support rollouts aligned with global templates
- Test, support, and maintain R2R solutions
- Provide long-term support, optimization, and enhancements
- Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate complex finance and SAP concepts to stakeholders
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with expertise in:
- Payments, Banking, BCM
- Electronic Bank Statements
- Cash Management & Treasury
- (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- 4+ years of SAP Treasury experience:
- MM, FX, Yield Curves
- Cash Pooling & Sweeps
- Experience in 3+ SAP implementation projects
- Long-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutions
- Experience with STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl
- Functional experience with WRICEF objects
- Strong understanding of finance processes in large organizations
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams

- FI-CA Payments knowledge
- Retail industry experience (SAP FI-CA)
- SWIFT integrations
- Agile / SAFe exposure
