Job Title: SAP Finance Controlling (CO) Consultant
Role Overview:
Support Syensqo's finance team by implementing and optimizing SAP CO processes to drive insight into cost and profitability, enhance financial planning, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into CO module configurations.
- Support full lifecycle projects: from design and testing to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years working with SAP CO modules.
- Strong understanding of cost/accounting principles and SAP integration points.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and training.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems; SAP CO certification is a plus.
