JOB DESCRIPTION
TCS is Hiring for SAP FICO Hana
Relevant Experience : 5- 15 years
In-Person Interview Date : 29th November 2025
Venue: Pune (TCS premise will be confirmed)
Desired Competencies :
- Should have hands on Experience both in FI and CO
- Knowledge in New-G/L, understand the integration points between New G/L and FI-AR
- Strong Hands on Experience in Integration FI-SD / FI-MM
- Experience in COPA is desirable
- Experience in Material Ledger is advantage
- Provide support to the business user community on SAP FICO for production support tickets, enhancement, projects in ECC 6.0 and user training issues, as Subject Matter Expert.
- HANDS-ON role - execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans and results, system documentation and training materials.
- Guide and Mentor other FICO consultants in the SAP team
- Responsible for integration with cross functional module like Material Manage ment (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Collaborating with and communicating to different stakeholders in order to define/align business requirements from different operating companies.
- Ensuring configuration, developments, testing and trainings are according to high quality standard and in line with management expectations.
- Achieves dedicated objectives and deliverables according to project plan. Is a subject matter expert analyzing financial business processes and performs frequently new and varied work that involves a high degree of complexity.
- Provide the resolution for critical and emergency/urgent issues relating to various modules of finance including but not limited to New GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, PCA
