We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Professional with 12+ years of total experience and at least 6 years of relevant expertise in SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on consultant responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Fieldglass (Vendor Management System) for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and vendor management processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Job Summary:
As an SAP Fieldglass Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure the successful deployment and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions. You will be instrumental in configuring, customizing, testing, and training users on the platform, contributing to enhanced vendor management and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration & Requirements:Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and tailor Fieldglass solutions to meet their specific business needs.
- Provide expert advice on process improvements and efficiencies related to vendor management, travel, and expense processes.
- Implementation & Support Leadership:Lead the implementation process, including system configuration, customization, testing, and training for SAP Fieldglass.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Fieldglass applications.
- Documentation & Training:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the systems.
- Integration & Optimization:Assist clients in integrating Fieldglass with other enterprise systems (both cloud and on-premise).
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize usage.
- Product Knowledge & Teamwork:Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and best practices to provide clients with the most current and effective solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Total Years of Experience: 12+ years.
- Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 6+ years specifically in SAP Fieldglass.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory Skills:SAP Fieldglass Experience (including implementation and support).
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, vendor management, travel, and expense processes.
- Desired Skills: SAP Fieldglass Experience insights (implies a strong functional and advisory capability).
- Domain: SAP.

Additional Information:
- Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax): INR 14,000 per day.
