SAP FICO Trainer

This is a full-time SAP FICO Trainer role located on-site in Kochi. The role involves delivering training sessions on SAP FICO, guiding students through practical hands-on modules, and preparing them to navigate real-world business scenarios. The trainer will design course content, maintain updated training materials, provide insights into relevant business processes, and support learners in achieving their professional goals. Collaboration with team members to improve course offerings and staying abreast of industry developments will also be key responsibilities.

• Expert knowledge in SAP FICO with a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications in real-world business scenarios
• Experience in training delivery and ability to explain technical concepts to learners of varying skill levels
• Understanding of Business Processes and Materials Management related to financial and accounting systems
• Practical experience in a consulting role leveraging SAP FICO knowledge to address and solve business challenges
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience in ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team
