Required Experience & Skills:
- SAP Expertise: 8+ years SAP FICO testing, 5+ years Test Lead, S/4HANA preferred.
- Deep knowledge of FI-CO E2E processes (GL, AP/AR, PCA, CCA, PSA).
- TestingTest planning, SIT/UAT, defect management, automation frameworks (Tosca/Worksoft).
- Risk assessments and RTM creation.
- Leadership Onsite-offshore coordination, stakeholder management (business/IT/SI partners), metrics reporting.
- Tools: HP ALM/JIRA/ADO, MS Project/Excel macros, SharePoint.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test strategy, plans, and scenarios covering unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT for FI/CO (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, Profitability Analysis).
- Lead test execution across onsite-offshore model, driving defect triage, risk mitigation, and status reporting (daily/weekly metrics to stakeholders).
- Validate end-to-end business processes and integrations with MM/SD/other modules, ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting accuracy.
