Job Description

  1. Expert in design/implementation/consulting for FICO domain on ECC. SAP FICO certification is plus
  2. At least 3 End to End Implementation in SAP FICO Module (ECC) Preference for Manufacturing and Retail Industries Implementation experience.
  3. Specialized in design and configuration of SAP FICO module.
  4. MUST: Extensive experience in configuring and implementing Material Ledger functionality.
  5. MUST: Ensure integration with Inventory Management for tracking material movements
  6. MUST Verify the reconciliation of material stock accounts with general ledger accounts in multiple currencies to provide accurate material evaluation.
  7. MUST: Candidate capable and well Experienced in leading Business Process Workshop and identify the GAP with proposed solution in identified Gaps.
  8. MUST: Business core stakeholders interaction to nail down the requirements and articulate with proposed solutions.
  9. MUST: Able to Prepare/Write Detailed functional specifications for Business requirement
  10. MUST: Should be autonomous, able to challenge the Business, to orient the business on core solutions without customizations
  11. Good capability to quickly learn and understand the Core Model and to deploy it with minimum gaps
  12. Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement.
  13. Good knowledge and experience on Integration with additional SAP Core modules Like -SD, PP, MM etc.
  14. Lead full lifecycle End to End Implementation for EU clients.
  15. Interact with multiple contributors on non-SAP satellite applications and lead the integration
  16. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
  17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  18. Working style: customer-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic vision
  19. Team members should have a Professional graduation.
  20. Willing to travel occasionally to customer locations for projects key phases.
