Summary
We seek an experienced and talented SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades and AMS support. As a FICO Senior Consultant, you will support the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet our client s business needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Should have worked on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Should be able to read and debug the ABAP program.
- Should be able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Should be willing to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.
Skills Experience
- Bachelors degree or Master s in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
- 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Candidate should have strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
- Should know FICO integration with MM SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS DME.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
