Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Analyze, design, code, test, and enhance application components across SAP systems and business applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts to improve business processes and enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
- Support SAP FI S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and integrated applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and quality processes.
- Participate actively in team discussions, technical solutioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support integration activities between SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and validation activities within SAP environments.
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Good understanding of SAP FICO processes, implementation, and financial accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP module integrations and third-party application connectivity.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI S/4HANA-related issues effectively.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability and responsible usage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Good to Have:
- Exposure to AI-driven enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise application support.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP environments and automation practices.
