Key Skills: SAP Senior Analyst, SAP FICO
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and configuration in SAP FICO with a strong focus on finance and controlling processes.
- Work across core FI areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Banking.
- Support Controlling (CO) processes including profitability analysis (COPA) and cost management.
- Participate in end-to-end finance lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare functional documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business users.
- Support integration activities with other SAP modules and external systems where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4 HANA environments.
- Good understanding of finance and controlling concepts including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, and COPA.
- Experience in configuration and support of end-to-end finance processes.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation and support UAT activities.
- Knowledge of integration across SAP modules and finance workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with AMS support, verification processes, and testing cycles is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
