SAP FICO Lead / Manager

Technical Skills Required:

· Strong experience in SAP ECC FICO and SAP S4/HANA

· Expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) and Central Finance (CFIN)

· Ability to configure SAP FI-CO and CFIN to meet client standards and requirements

· Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and external applications

· Hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Central Finance interfaces

Position Requirements:

· Responsible for planning and executing SAP implementation, development, and support activities for SAP FI-CO and CFIN.

· Understand client requirements, provide solutions, develop functional specifications, and configure systems accordingly.

· Deliver work products that conform to client standards and requirements.

· Manage integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and external systems.

· Configure and define SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

· Work with Central Finance for initial loads and error cockpit management.

· Configure ICMR, including matching methods, reconciliation cases, and matching rules/expressions.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Manage team and client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.

· Participate in cross-competency work and contribute to the Center of Excellence (COE) activities.

· Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the area of specialization.

· Communicate clearly and confidently, upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Preferred Skills:

· SAP Certification in FICO/CFIN

· Experience with SAP Group Reporting and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

· Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC, with some technical knowledge

· Experience in both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments
