SAP FICO HR

Work with Finance and HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and validate SAP FICO enhancements: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, Cost Centers, Internal Orders.

Configure and validate HR modules: Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), HR master data.

Handle integration between FICOHR, and other modules (MM/SD).

Develop test cases and Support UAT for HR-related changes.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for fixes or enhancements.

Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
