Job Title: SAP FICO HANA Solution Architect
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: 10 to 20 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO HANA Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of finance solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO, strong domain knowledge in finance & controlling, and experience in leading complex SAP transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture on S/4HANA platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
- Provide guidance on integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS) and third-party systems.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance for the SAP FICO landscape.
- Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development.
- Lead a team of consultants, provide mentorship and review deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and data migration.
- Drive workshops and training sessions for key users and project teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of Experience in SAP FICO and 5+ Years of experience in Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules with a clear understanding of integration points.
- Experience in leading SAP implementations or rollouts .
- Good understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in Central Finance (cFIN) and Group Reporting is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile project environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions independently and lead workshops.
