Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have worked on multiple end-to-end implementation projects, with deep expertise in financial processes, credit management, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP FICO / FSCM implementations on S/4 HANA
- Configure and customize Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Work on FSCM components such as:
- Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Treasury & Risk Management (preferred)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects and integrations
- Perform system configuration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and go-live support
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and business processes
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
- Mandatory experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Hands-on experience in FSCM (Credit, Collections, Disputes)
- Deep understanding of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Experience in S/4 HANA Finance (New GL / Universal Journal)
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
- Experience in data migration and financial reporting
- Exposure to Agile methodology is preferred
Mandatory Requirements
- 6 to 11 years of relevant SAP FICO / FSCM experience
- Must have worked on multiple end-to-end implementation projects
- Hands-on configuration experience is compulsory
- Must have S/4 HANA project exposure
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period only
Good to Have
- Experience in Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Exposure to Central Finance / Group Reporting
- Knowledge of SAP BTP integrations (preferred)
- Relevant SAP certifications in FICO / S/4 HANA Finance
