What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Drive HRSS Delivery Strategy across UK, EMEA, NAM, and APAC, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client priorities. Strengthen Client Partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high-impact engagement at leadership level. Governance & Oversight: Establish robust queue management, escalation protocols, and compliance frameworks to safeguard delivery. Quality & Risk Management: Lead audits, enforce integrity standards, and proactively mitigate risks to protect client trust. Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus / incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for Leadership Development: Mentor lower career levels, build mid-layer capability, and ensure succession planning. Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency programs.
