Role Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP FICO expert with hands-on experience in finance, controlling, and cross-functional processes. The ideal candidate will lead issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, and provide strategic guidance across SAP FICO areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax, CO, CO-PA, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Month-End Cost Allocation)

Resolve complex FI/CO issues, perform RCA, and deliver long-term solutions

Lead customization, enhancements, and new developments

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FSCM Credit, Collections & Dispute Management

Manage integrations with MM, SD, PP, Banking & 3rdparty systems

Prepare, review & approve functional specifications

Support month-end, year-end & statutory closing processes

Act as L3 escalation point and guide L1/L2 teams

Coordinate with ABAP teams for complex developments

Lead UAT, regression testing & post-go-live support

Maintain SOPs, KT documents & identify process improvement opportunities

Define user roles & authorizations in SAP FICO

Collaborate with business teams & evaluate vendors for project needs
