Key Requirements- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience
- Mandatory exposure to both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
- Strong knowledge of core SAP FICO modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Controlling (CO)
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules like MM and SD
- Good understanding of business processes, financial accounting, and controlling concepts
- Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and actively participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Work on both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, handling system setups, upgrades, and enhancements
- Configure and support core SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications and SAP solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with SAP standards
- Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation
- Execute SIT and UAT testing, ensuring quality delivery
- Provide post go-live support and resolve production issues
- Prepare and maintain functional and configuration documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handle change requests, enhancements, and support tickets
- Coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW developments
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and regulatory requirements
