Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Controlling (CO) to manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP CO processes and integration with FI and other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Controlling (CO) modules based on business requirements.

Strong hands-on experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing and CO-PA.

Configure cost center planning, activity types, activity prices, allocations, assessments and distributions.

Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

Configure and support settlement processes for internal orders and production orders.

Analyze cost variances and support management reporting.

Work on product costing, standard cost estimates and variance analysis.

Support Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and profitability reporting.

Handle integration between FI-CO, MM-CO, SD-CO and PP-CO.

Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.

Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT support.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade and enhancement projects.

Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities.

Prepare functional documentation and provide training to business users.

Required Skills

8+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong SAP CO expertise.

Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

Expertise in:

Cost Center Accounting

Profit Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Product Costing

CO-PA

Allocations and Assessments

Planning and Budgeting

Period-End Closing

Good understanding of FI integration with MM, SD and PP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.

Ability to independently handle business requirements and production issues.

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.

Experience in SAP Fiori and S/4HANA reporting.

SAP implementation or rollout experience.

SAP certification is an added advantage.
