SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 4–6 Years of SAP Finance experience with S/4HANA & CFIN.

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary: Experienced SAP FICO Consultant with solid exposure to S/4HANA Finance fundamentals. The role requires hands-on expertise across core processes (RTR, OTC, PTP, Asset Accounting, and Controlling), with the ability to support implementation projects, manage testing activities, and assist in cutover and BAU transitions in standard business environments.

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (RTR / OTC / PTP / AA / CO) projects

• Experience in at least one complete end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation project

• Working knowledge of S/4HANA Finance or exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) concepts

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• FI/CO configurations and customizations (core modules)
• Interfaces and integrations with SAP systems

• Solid knowledge of:

• Core Technical Skills (FI-AR, FI-AP and FI-GL)
• Withholding Tax (WHT), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Automatic Payment program (F110, FBZP), Knowledge of asset accounting, Master data/ objects (Customer, Vendor, General ledger, Profit centre.), Process routine accounting transactions

• Basic experience with SAP Fiori Reporting tools or Analysis Office

• Experience working in multi-location projects or exposure to multiple reporting hierarchies

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FSCM- Credit, Dispute and Collections Management modules.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills
