Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in configuring and implementing core Finance and Controlling processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, and Cost & Profitability Management.
Candidates must have end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and a strong understanding of finance business processes.
Must-Have Skills
- 4–8 years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Mandatory experience in at least one(for 4-6yrs experieced), two(for 6-8yrs experienced) end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Implementation project
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger Accounting (GL)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cash Management
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) configuration
- Experience with Financial Closing and Reporting processes
- Strong understanding of business process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and user support
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and finance teams
- Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting
- Knowledge of Treasury and Risk Management
- Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN)
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Finance
- Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, PS, and SuccessFactors
- Experience working in Agile project environments
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Cash Management processes.
- Design and implement Cost Management and Profitability Analysis solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Provide production support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
