Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for analysis, design, and build of SAP FICO solutions with emphasis on Controlling and General Ledger
Assist in Business Blueprint phase and define solutions using SAP best practices
Support Functional Specification creation and collaborate with ABAP developers for technical implementation
Engage with integration and data teams for SAP interface enablement
Ensure solution stabilization and continuous improvements post-deployment
Prepare process documentation and deliver training to key users
Provide timely support and accurate resolution of user issues
Maintain end-user procedures, process documentation, and training materials
Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing and quality assurance
Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
Architect and implement SAP FICO solutions for global rollouts and transformations
Integrate FICO with SAP BTP, Fiori applications, and Embedded Analytics
Work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments and third-party integration
Collaborate with business leaders across Finance, MM, SD, PP, and PS to translate requirements into scalable designs
Lead and manage phases of the project: configuration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Develop internal tools/accelerators, mentor consultants, and enhance delivery capabilities

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 12+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP FICO
S/4HANA Expertise: Strong exposure to Greenfield/Brownfield rollouts, data migration, and innovation adoption
Functional Areas: Expertise in FSCM, MBC, Financial Closing Cockpit, Fiori UI, and Embedded Analytics
Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile delivery, with excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
