Job Description

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong integration knowledge across MM and SD modules.
  • Proven expertise in key business process flows such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Availability-to-Produce (ATP).
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Product Costing (PC), FSCM, and COPA.
  • Ability to independently prepare Functional Specifications and support custom object development and deployment.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
  • Exposure to Concur, Travel & Expense (T&E), industry-specific solutions, and customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively support the consulting team across various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions through research, literature reviews, public domain information, and vendor assessments; develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) where required.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed requirement specifications, defining to-be processes and functional designs.
  • Configure solutions based on requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend suitable solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Apply strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Possess knowledge of one or two industry domains.
