SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a deep understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and performing hands-on SAP configurations. This role requires expertise in various SAP FICO modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead company code rollouts and migrations to drive business process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design both conceptual and detailed SAP FICO solutions.
• Perform necessary SAP FICO configurations and prepare detailed specifications for custom program development.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless functionality.
• Coordinate transport management for system changes and provide post-go-live support.
• Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Lead and support company code rollouts, migrations, and SAP enhancements.

Skills Required:

• Strong domain knowledge in financial accounting, including accounting entries and best practices.
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).
• Hands-on experience with iDocs, interfaces, and SAP system integration.
• Experience in company code rollouts and financial consolidations.
• Strong understanding of the SAP Project Life Cycle (PLC), including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in the high-tech or software industry is preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
